* In between classes, we will do our best to allow the first class to completely clear out prior to allowing the second yoga class in

* Building doors typically open 15 - 30 minutes before class time 

*  You are welcome to use the studio change rooms for personal items to allow more space around you during your yoga practice

* Hand sanitizer is available at the front door and in change room

*Please be mindful of personal hygiene and strong scents. Body/foot sprays are available in change rooms for your use

*Water cooler available in change room

* Cell phones are best left in your vehicle or at home at they may cause class distraction

*Please practice silence when entering (and exiting) the studio as many students like to meditate/decompress before class 

*Conversations may be held quietly in the change room area or outside the building

* Doors are typically locked at class start time, so please be punctual and respectful of other students time

 *Please remove yourself from the class on the app if you know you are not able to attend class
